Prof. Spitzer (neuroscientist and director of the Psychological University Clinic, Ulm) presented the latest findings on this topic from the field of brain research in a one-hour lecture ("Fast Youth, Wise Old Age: On the Neurobiology of Learning") and then examined the implications for the work of internal and external HR experts in a moderated workshop, bringing the topic to life through an exchange of experiences and developing it into specific strategies for action. Around 40 HR experts from over 20 well-known companies and around 20 consultants took part in this scientific forum organized by the TWIST Consulting Group.
