Thanks to a refreshing presentation by Thomas Perlitz (Global Senior VP HR, Gerresheimer AG) on the topic of "The Feasible Proof of HR Efforts in the Company's Performance," the expert forum on July 17th, 2015, was a complete success. Over summer drinks and fresh yogurt with fruit, HR experts had a lively discussion about which KPIs are important in HR work. Participants were able to submit their questions on the topic to the speaker in advance, which were then answered in the forum during the plenary session, based on the speaker's many years of international experience.
